Odd "Bubben" Arverud is a part-time songwriter; he's been songwriting since 1975.
 
Odd was born August 17th, 1958, in a little town called Horten in Norway; but, now he lives in Karlsborg, Sweden. Along with the songwriting he's been playing the drums and guitar since 1972; singing he's been doing as long as he can remember.

2008-07-08: Warren Michaels song "Rock Myself To Sleep" from Odd's single was recently accepted for airplay on Clear Channel Radio!

Please follow this link and play the song as often as possible whenever you are online as it needs plenty of plays to get to the top 100 to be aired on broadcast radio throughout the entire world!

2005-03-23: Release; Odd's 5-track single including the lovely "Rock myself to sleep"©Manus written by Warren Michaels.

2004-04-18: Warren Michaels composed "Lady by the sea" in 1984 including both music and lyrics, and asked Odd if he would translate the lyrics into Swedish. And he did!

Please sign the petition; -We, the people of New York, Residents of the United States and from the international community have hearby reviewed this Anthem entitled "Lady by the Sea" and consider it to be perfect as an anthem for the "Statue of Liberty"-

• "High" written by Lars Andersson, Thomas Thörnholm & Dan Attlerud. The rejected song was sent to Norway; and won!!!
• "Can't stop the rain" with Martina Edoff, written by Lars "Dille" Diedricson.
• "Good old stonecake" written and performed by Karl Martindahl & Johan Becker (also sent to the Norwegian final).
"Små små korn av sand" written by Margareth Osju and Odd Arverud
• "Noël Sneesturm" by William Johansson (also send in 3 unknown songs).
• Sara Forslund - "Wild love"
• Countryneers - "Angel in my bed"
• Tito Beltran sent in a song.
• Another song by Fre, except "Äntligen".
• Andrés Esteche recorded four demos for Melodifestivalen 2004, and two of them were selected; "Olé Olé" and "Tango! Tango!".
• Anders Johansson, winner of Fame Factory spring 2003.
• Karl Martindahl, from "Fame Factory" 2003/04, wrote an entry together with Calle Kindbom and Dille Diedricsson. He also got a song from team Ola Håkansson/Tim Norell.
• Jimmy Jansson, from "Fame Factory" 2003/04, composed together with Thomas G:son.
• Lena Philipsson and composer Torgny Söderberg.
• Vincent Hamilton, from the doku-soap "Robinson" in 2003.
• Carola Häggkvist wrote a song to a new female artist but missed the deadline.
